Aug 18 2018:Ice Cream and Gospel Music with Ernie and Jason Couch will be served up on the First United Methodist Churchís Lawn on Saturday, August 18th, at 6:30 pm. Aug 18 2018:Reconstructing WWII History and Genealogy is hosted by the Hudson Public Library on Saturday, August 18, at 1:30 pm. In 2017, Corrine Smith discovered her mother's stash of 100+ letters from 16 servicemen that she corresponded with in 1944-1945. Corrine traced the soldiers' family trees with one goal in mind; to return the letters to their children. This presentation links history and genealogy to present-day research and diligence. Sep 29 2018:A Lobster and Meat Shoot is scheduled for Saturday, September 29th, 7 pm. The eventís hosted by the Friends of the Hudson Public Library. Proceeds will be used to augment library programming. The eventís at the VFW Hall on Palmieri Drive in Hudson.
