Aug 18 2018:Reconstructing WWII History and Genealogy is hosted by the Hudson Public Library on Saturday, August 18, at 1:30 pm. In 2017, Corrine Smith discovered her mother's stash of 100+ letters from 16 servicemen that she corresponded with in 1944-1945. Corrine traced the soldiers' family trees with one goal in mind; to return the letters to their children. This presentation links history and genealogy to present-day research and diligence.
